Outdoor Ring Main Unit

Our Outdoor Ring Main Unit is a compact, weatherproof medium-voltage switchgear assembly designed for outdoor ring network power distribution in urban and infrastructure applications. The unit integrates load break switches and fuse combinations in a fully insulated, metal-enclosed structure housed within a weatherproof outdoor cabinet, providing reliable switching and protection for outdoor ring networks. The compact design minimizes installation footprint, making it suitable for roadside kiosks, community substations, and outdoor industrial sites where available space is limited. The sealed construction protects internal components from rain, snow, dust, and temperature fluctuations, ensuring year-round reliable operation in outdoor environments. Ring network topology enables power to be supplied from two directions, maintaining continuity of supply if one feeder is interrupted. This outdoor RMU is an ideal choice for urban distribution expansion, temporary power installations, and infrastructure projects where indoor substation space is unavailable.

Yuanzhuo Electrical Equipment manufactures outdoor ring main units with weatherproof enclosures and high-quality switchgear components. Our 12,000 m² facility with five automated production lines and an annual capacity of 10,000 units supports custom configurations. Each unit undergoes 100% powered testing, weatherproof sealing verification, and insulation testing before wooden-crate packaging. We support drawing-based manufacturing with lead times of three weeks to one month.

Customization includes switch configuration (number of load break and fuse combination units), cable entry arrangement, busbar configuration, enclosure dimensions and material, protection grade, surface color, and customer branding. We manufacture to confirmed customer drawings and support custom network topology design.

Each unit is wrapped in protective film and packed in a wooden crate with internal anti-collision padding. We support FOB to a designated Chinese port and EXW. Payment: 40% deposit, 80% after pre-shipment inspection, full balance at the designated Chinese port. Currencies: USD, EUR, RMB.
