Marine Electrical Panels: Main Switchboards, Emergency Panels & Control Consoles
Custom-engineered marine switchboards and power distribution panels built to Class rules (DNV, ABS, CCS, LR, BV). Designed for commercial vessels, offshore platforms, and workboats, our systems integrate low-voltage distribution, automatic power management (PMS), and generator control into IP22 to IP56 enclosures.
-
Ship's Main SwitchboardThe Ship's Main Switchboard is the heart of your vessel’s power system. It receives electricity from the generators and distributes it safely to all onboard equipment. We know marine environments...view more
-
Shore Power Outlet BoxThe Shore Power Outlet Box is a key device for ships at port. It connects the vessel to the onshore power supply. When your ship uses shore power, you can turn off the auxiliary generators.view more

Vertical PLC Control CabinetThe Vertical PLC Control Cabinet is the brain of your ship's automation system. It is installed in the engine control room. It receives signals from sensors and sends commands to critical equipment.view more
Product Series
Main Switchboards (MSB)
Primary distribution hubs for marine power generation systems. Configured for generator synchronization, load sharing, preferential trip protection, and shore power interconnection up to 690V / 6300A.
Emergency Switchboards (ESB)
Standby power control panels designed for automatic mains failure (AMF) transfer. Connects directly to emergency generators or battery banks to power navigation, steering gear, fire pumps, and safety alarms within 45 seconds of blackout.
Distribution Panels & Motor Control Centers (MCC)
Sub-distribution boxes and direct-on-line (DOL) / soft-starter / VFD enclosures for engine room auxiliaries, pumps, winches, and deck machinery. Enclosures built to IP44 or IP56.
Bridge & Engine Control Consoles
Ergonomic consoles integrating navigation power supplies, main engine monitoring modules, alarm annunciator panels, and thruster control interfaces.

Target Applications

Commercial Vessels:
Bulk carriers, container ships, chemical tankers, and LNG carriers requiring main switchboards with automated power management systems (PMS).

Offshore & Service Craft:
Offshore supply vessels (OSV), tugboats, dredgers, and crew transfer vessels operating under high vibration and salty environments.

Specialized Vessels:
Fishing trawlers, passenger ferries, and research vessels needing customized motor control centers (MCC) and emergency power transfer panels.
Customization & OEM Capabilities
Electrical Architecture:
Integration of DEIF AGC, Siemens PLC, or Woodward controllers for automatic synchronization, peak shaving, and automatic load shedding.
01
Component Selection:
Freedom to specify circuit breaker brands (Air Circuit Breakers / Molded Case Circuit Breakers) to meet vessel spare part standardization.
02
Busbar Fabrication:
Tinned high-conductivity E-CU copper busbars (99.9 percent purity), heat-shrink insulated, and anti-vibration phase clamping.
03
Structural Modularization:
Sectionalized shipping splits to fit through narrow engine room access hatches during retrofits or newbuild installation.
04
Factory Acceptance Test (FAT):
Simulating generator parallel operation, reverse power protection, preferential tripping, and blackout recovery in the presence of shipowner representatives and Marine Class surveyors (CCS, DNV, ABS, LR).
Material & Plating Check:
Copper purity testing, paint film thickness measurement, and salt spray testing for structural enclosures.
Electrical Insulation & Hi-Pot Test:
Insulation resistance testing (DC 1000V, over 10 Mohm) and dielectric power-frequency voltage test (AC 2.5kV / 1 min).
Thermal Imaging Inspection:
Temperature-rise testing on main busbar joints under full load conditions.

Export Packaging: Vacuum-sealed moisture barrier foil, desiccants inside the enclosure, reinforced anti-vibration internal bracing, and fumigated solid timber crates for ocean freight.
