Structural Modularization:

CNC-punched 2.0mm to 2.5mm Al-Zinc coated steel frames (Aluzinc) with CNC bending for dimensional repeatability and earth bonding continuity without welding.

Primary Component Flexibility:

Integration of vacuum circuit breakers (VCB) and air circuit breakers (ACB) from specified brands (ABB VD4, Schneider EVOLIS/Evolpac, Siemens SION, Eaton, or domestic Class-certified units).

Secondary Wiring & Automation:

Panel wiring using halogen-free multi-strand copper conductors, marked with heat-shrink ferrule sleeves, routed into dedicated wire troughs, and integrated with microcomputer protection relays (SEPKAM, SEL, ABB REF series).

A: Yes. We routinely build switchgear frames configured to accept circuit breakers from ABB, Schneider Electric, Siemens, Eaton, or customer-specified OEM manufacturers, matching exact mounting dimensions and racking mechanisms.

Q: Do your switchgear designs hold third-party type test certificates?

A: Yes. Our core MV and LV switchgear designs have passed type tests conducted by accredited independent laboratories (including CNAS / KEMA aligned testing facilities) covering temperature rise, short-time withstand current, mechanical endurance, and internal arc fault safety.

Q: How do you prevent internal corrosion in outdoor or high-humidity installations?

A: For AIS outdoor enclosures, we utilize 2.0mm Aluzinc steel plates combined with outdoor-grade thermosetting epoxy-polyester powder coating (min. 80 um thickness) and internal anti-condensation space heaters with thermostat controls. For harsh environments, we supply GIS units with IP67 stainless steel gas compartments.

Q: Can switchgear panels be split into separate shipping sections for retrofit projects?

A: Yes. Switchgear lineups are designed with transport splits. Panels are shipped as individual vertical cubicles or multi-panel shipping blocks, equipped with pre-drilled busbar splice plates and plug-in secondary control terminal blocks for quick site assembly.

Q: What internal arc protection rating (IAC) do your MV panels provide?

A: Our MV switchgear complies with IEC 62271-200 IAC AFLR ratings up to 40kA for 1 second. This ensures protection for operators at the front, lateral, and rear sides of the panel during an internal arc event by directing overpressure gases through top-mounted pressure relief flaps.
