Withdrawable Metal-Clad Switchgear

Our Withdrawable Metal-Clad Switchgear is a high-voltage main distribution cabinet designed for substations and industrial distribution rooms requiring safe, maintainable medium-voltage power distribution. The cabinet features a fully metal-clad, compartmentalized structure with withdrawable circuit breaker trucks (such as the KYN28 series), allowing the breaker to be racked out for inspection and maintenance without de-energizing adjacent compartments. Each functional compartment breaker, busbar, cable, and relay/instrument is physically separated by metal partitions, containing arc faults and enhancing operator safety. Interlock mechanisms prevent incorrect operations such as closing the breaker onto an earth fault or opening the compartment door under load. This switchgear is the mainstream selection for mining, industrial parks, and commercial distribution systems where reliability and safe maintenance are priorities.

Production is based on confirmed single-line diagrams and layout drawings.

Each panel is wrapped in protective film and packed in a wooden crate with internal anti-collision padding. We support FOB to a designated Chinese port and EXW. Payment: 40% deposit, 80% after pre-shipment inspection, full balance at the designated Chinese port. Currencies: USD, EUR, RMB.
