Our Custom Power Distribution Box (AP, XL-21 series) is a tailored 380V three-phase power distribution solution for industrial distribution rooms and workshops requiring reliable power supply for high-load equipment. Designed for fans, pumps, machine tools, compressors, and other three-phase motor loads, this box provides circuit protection, power distribution, and motor control in a compact floor-standing or wall-mounted enclosure. The customizable internal layout accommodates various circuit configurations and current ratings, allowing customers to specify the exact number and capacity of outgoing circuits to match their equipment inventory. Built with robust steel enclosures and components from Schneider, Siemens, Chint, and Delixi, this distribution box ensures reliable power delivery and protection for demanding industrial loads. The AP and XL-21 series formats offer proven, cost-effective structures that can be adapted to specific project requirements, making this box ideal for factory power distribution, equipment power supply, and industrial retrofits.

Yuanzhuo Electrical Equipment manufactures custom power distribution boxes strictly to customer drawings and specifications. Our 12,000 m² facility with five automated production lines and an annual capacity of 10,000 units supports both prototype and bulk orders. Each box undergoes 100% powered testing and inspection before wooden-crate packaging. We support paid samples with a typical development cycle of about one week, and standard delivery of three weeks to one month.

Customization includes main and branch current ratings, number and type of outgoing circuits, circuit breaker and contactor selection, motor protection configuration, enclosure dimensions, installation type (floor or wall), protection grade, surface color, and customer logo/nameplate. We manufacture strictly to confirmed customer drawings.

Each box is wrapped in protective film and packed in a wooden crate with internal anti-collision padding. We support FOB to a designated Chinese port and EXW. Payment: 40% deposit, 80% after pre-shipment inspection, full balance at the designated Chinese port. Currencies: USD, EUR, RMB.
