Immersed Transformer

After welding, we perform strict leak tests. This ensures the tank will not leak during long-term use. The tank has cooling fins on the outside. These fins effectively increase the cooling surface area. We also equip it with an oil conservator and pressure relief valve. These components work together to keep internal pressure stable and ensure safe operation. Our company has strong sheet metal processing capabilities. We pay great attention to oil quality to ensure long-term reliability. We use high-vacuum oil filtration machines to treat the insulating oil. This completely removes water and impurities from the oil. We also test oil samples. We ensure all oil indicators meet national standards. This maximizes transformer service life. Each Immersed Transformer undergoes comprehensive performance tests before delivery. These include ratio tests, DC resistance tests, no-load and load loss tests, power frequency voltage tests, and induction voltage tests. We provide complete test reports.
