Our Custom Automatic Transfer Switch Box (AT, ATS series) is a tailored dual-power automatic transfer solution for critical loads requiring uninterrupted power supply from mains and backup sources (generator or UPS). Designed for distribution rooms and facilities where power continuity is essential, this box automatically detects mains power failure and transfers the load to the backup source within seconds, then transfers back when mains power is restored. The customizable configuration supports various current ratings and transfer switch types (circuit breaker type or contactor type), allowing customers to match the box to their specific load requirements. Built with robust steel enclosures and ATS controllers and breakers from trusted brands, this box ensures reliable power transfer for fire systems, emergency lighting, data centers, hospitals, and other critical applications. The AT and ATS series formats offer proven structures that can be adapted to specific project requirements, making this box ideal for critical facility power backup and emergency power systems.

Yuanzhuo Electrical Equipment manufactures custom ATS boxes strictly to customer drawings and specifications. Our 12,000 m² facility with five automated production lines and an annual capacity of 10,000 units supports both prototype and bulk orders. Each box undergoes 100% powered testing, including transfer function simulation and timing verification, before wooden-crate packaging. We support paid samples with a typical development cycle of about one week, and standard delivery of three weeks to one month.

Customization includes rated current, transfer switch type (circuit breaker or contactor based), pole configuration (3-pole or 4-pole), controller brand and features, power source configuration (mains + generator/UPS), enclosure dimensions, protection grade, surface color, and customer branding. We manufacture strictly to confirmed customer drawings.

Each box is wrapped in protective film and packed in a wooden crate with internal anti-collision padding. We support FOB to a designated Chinese port and EXW. Payment: 40% deposit, 80% after pre-shipment inspection, full balance at the designated Chinese port. Currencies: USD, EUR, RMB.
