Our Custom Metering Distribution Box (AW, PZ40 series) is a tailored energy metering and power distribution solution for distribution rooms and building floors requiring centralized electricity metering with integrated overload protection. Designed for single-phase and three-phase energy metering applications, this box houses energy meters, main circuit breakers, branch circuit breakers, and terminal blocks in a compact enclosure, enabling accurate measurement and distribution of electrical power for individual tenants, departments, or equipment. The customizable configuration supports various meter types (electromechanical, electronic, smart/prepayment) and metering circuit counts, allowing customers to match the box to their specific billing and distribution requirements. Built with robust steel enclosures and meters and breakers from trusted brands, this distribution box ensures accurate metering and reliable circuit protection for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. The AW and PZ40 series formats offer proven structures that can be adapted to specific project requirements, making this box ideal for tenant metering, facility energy management, and electrical system upgrades.

Yuanzhuo Electrical Equipment manufactures custom metering distribution boxes strictly to customer drawings and specifications. Our 12,000 m² facility with five automated production lines and an annual capacity of 10,000 units supports both small and large orders. Each box undergoes 100% powered testing, including meter accuracy verification and protection function testing, before wooden-crate packaging. We support paid samples with a typical development cycle of about one week, and standard delivery of three weeks to one month.

Customization includes meter type (single-phase, three-phase, electronic, smart/prepayment), number of metering circuits, main and branch current ratings, circuit breaker selection, enclosure dimensions, installation type, door style (with transparent meter window), surface color, and customer branding. We manufacture strictly to confirmed customer drawings.

Each box is film-wrapped and packed in a wooden crate with internal anti-collision padding. We support FOB to a designated Chinese port and EXW. Payment: 40% deposit, 80% after pre-shipment inspection, full balance at the designated Chinese port. Currencies: USD, EUR, RMB.
