The fire damper linkage function automatically shuts down the fan when the damper closes due to high temperature, preventing fire spread through the ductwork. The fire forced-start function overrides normal controls to activate the fan during fire emergencies, ensuring smoke extraction when needed most. Built with robust steel enclosures and control components from Schneider, Siemens, Chint, and Delixi, this control box ensures reliable smoke exhaust fan operation for commercial buildings, parking garages, and public facilities. Our 12,000 m² facility with five automated production lines and an annual capacity of 10,000 units supports both small and large orders. Each box undergoes 100% powered testing, including fire damper linkage simulation and forced-start verification, before wooden-crate packaging. We support paid samples with a typical development cycle of about one week, and standard delivery of three weeks to one month.
