Fire Fan Control Box

Our Fire Fan Control Box (SGK-XF series) is a dedicated control solution for fire smoke exhaust fans and positive pressure supply fans requiring reliable start/stop control with fire linkage, manual/auto switching, and fire code compliance. Designed for building fire protection systems, this box provides fan motor control, circuit protection, status monitoring, and fire alarm interface in a compact enclosure. The fire linkage function enables automatic fan activation upon receiving a fire alarm signal, while the manual/auto selector allows maintenance personnel to operate the fan locally during testing and servicing. Built with robust steel enclosures and control components from Schneider, Siemens, Chint, and Delixi, this control box ensures reliable fire fan operation for commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and public infrastructure. The SGK-XF series format offers a proven, code-compliant structure that can be adapted to specific fan power ratings and project requirements, making this box ideal for fire smoke exhaust systems, positive pressure ventilation, and fire acceptance inspections.

Yuanzhuo Electrical Equipment manufactures fire fan control boxes strictly to customer drawings and fire code specifications. Our 12,000 m² facility with five automated production lines and an annual capacity of 10,000 units supports both small and large orders. Each box undergoes 100% powered testing, including fire linkage simulation and manual/auto switching verification, before wooden-crate packaging. We support paid samples with a typical development cycle of about one week, and standard delivery of three weeks to one month.

Customization includes motor power rating, control logic (direct-on-line, star-delta, soft starter), fire linkage input configuration, manual/auto selector type, overload and protection settings, enclosure dimensions, protection grade, installation type, surface color, and customer branding. We manufacture strictly to confirmed customer drawings and fire code specifications.

Each box is wrapped in protective film and packed in a wooden crate with internal anti-collision padding. We support FOB to a designated Chinese port and EXW. Payment: 40% deposit, 80% after pre-shipment inspection, full balance at the designated Chinese port. Currencies: USD, EUR, RMB.
