The PLC control cabinet is the core control unit of an industrial automation system. It integrates the PLC main unit, input/output modules, power supply, relays, contactors, and a human-machine interface (HMI) (optional), etc., to achieve automated control of industrial equipment and production processes through preset programs.
Logic operations and sequential control are the most core functions of a PLC control cabinet. Through programming, it implements logical operations such as AND, OR, and NOT, as well as sequential control processes such as start-stop-delay-jump, meeting the process linkage requirements of the production line.
For example, in an automated assembly line, the automatic cycle of part loading → positioning → processing → inspection → unloading is entirely driven by the PLC control cabinet according to preset logic.
