1. Circuit Breaker
A main air switch, controlling the power supply for the entire cabinet.
2. Power Supply
A 24VDC switching power supply.
3. PLC
This should be selected based on project needs. For smaller projects, an integrated PLC can be used directly; for larger projects, modules, card types, and redundancy may be required.
4. Terminal Blocks
Configurable according to the number of signals. If it's a simple PLC control cabinet, these are basically all that's needed. If other devices are required within the control cabinet, the specific requirements will vary.
5. Relays
Sometimes, commands sent by the PLC need to be relayed through relays. When a command is issued, the relay activates, connecting the control loop nodes to the relay's normally open or normally closed contacts.
