Yuanzhuo Electrical Equipment manufactures custom emergency lighting distribution boxes strictly to customer drawings and fire code specifications. Our 12,000 m² facility with five automated production lines and an annual capacity of 10,000 units supports both small and large orders. Each box undergoes 100% powered testing, including fire linkage simulation and emergency circuit activation verification, before wooden-crate packaging. We support paid samples with a typical development cycle of about one week, and standard delivery of three weeks to one month.

Customization includes number of emergency lighting circuits, main and branch current ratings, fire linkage configuration (input signal type, activation logic), circuit breaker selection, enclosure dimensions, installation type, surface color, and customer branding. We manufacture strictly to confirmed customer drawings and fire code specifications.

Each box is wrapped in protective film and packed in a wooden crate with internal anti-collision padding. We support FOB to a designated Chinese port and EXW. Payment: 40% deposit, 80% after pre-shipment inspection, full balance at the designated Chinese port. Currencies: USD, EUR, RMB.
