Our 1+1 Standby Fan Control Box (YB-FJ series) is a dedicated redundant control solution for fire fan systems requiring one-operating/one-standby configuration with automatic fault switching to ensure uninterrupted smoke exhaust or positive pressure supply. Designed for critical fire protection systems where fan failure could compromise life safety, this box controls two identical fans one in active operation and one on hot standby with automatic detection of operating fan faults and immediate switching to the standby fan. The redundant configuration ensures continuous ventilation or smoke extraction even if one fan motor or control circuit fails. The box provides fire linkage, manual/auto switching, fault alarm output, and status indication for both fans in a compact enclosure. Built with robust steel enclosures and control components from Schneider, Siemens, Chint, and Delixi, this control box ensures maximum reliability for critical fire fan systems in high-rise buildings, tunnels, and large public facilities. Each box is wrapped in protective film and packed in a wooden crate with internal anti-collision padding. We support FOB to a designated Chinese port and EXW. Payment: 40% deposit, 80% after pre-shipment inspection, full balance at the designated Chinese port. Currencies: USD, EUR, RMB.

Q1: How does the 1+1 standby switching work?

A: The box controls two identical fans - one operating, one on standby. It continuously monitors the operating fan for faults (overload, phase loss, failure to start). If a fault is detected, it automatically switches to the standby fan within seconds, ensuring uninterrupted operation. Lead-lag rotation can also be configured to alternate the operating/standby roles for even wear.

Q2: Can you customize the motor power and switching logic?
