Our 1+1 Standby Fan Control Box (YB-FJ series) is a dedicated redundant control solution for fire fan systems requiring one-operating/one-standby configuration with automatic fault switching to ensure uninterrupted smoke exhaust or positive pressure supply. Designed for critical fire protection systems where fan failure could compromise life safety, this box controls two identical fans one in active operation and one on hot standby with automatic detection of operating fan faults and immediate switching to the standby fan. The redundant configuration ensures continuous ventilation or smoke extraction even if one fan motor or control circuit fails. The box provides fire linkage, manual/auto switching, fault alarm output, and status indication for both fans in a compact enclosure. Built with robust steel enclosures and control components from Schneider, Siemens, Chint, and Delixi, this control box ensures maximum reliability for critical fire fan systems in high-rise buildings, tunnels, and large public facilities. The YB-FJ series format offers a proven, code-compliant structure tailored to redundant fan requirements, making this box ideal for critical smoke exhaust systems, positive pressure supply redundancy, and high-reliability fire protection.

Our 12,000 m² facility with five automated production lines and an annual capacity of 10,000 units supports both small and large orders. Each box undergoes 100% powered testing, including fault simulation and automatic standby switching verification, before wooden-crate packaging. We support paid samples with a typical development cycle of about one week, and standard delivery of three weeks to one month.

Customization includes motor power rating per fan, automatic fault detection and switching logic, lead-lag rotation configuration, fire linkage input, fault alarm output type, manual/auto selector, overload and protection settings, enclosure dimensions, protection grade, installation type, surface color, and customer branding. We manufacture strictly to confirmed customer drawings and fire code specifications.

Each box is wrapped in protective film and packed in a wooden crate with internal anti-collision padding. We support FOB to a designated Chinese port and EXW. Payment: 40% deposit, 80% after pre-shipment inspection, full balance at the designated Chinese port. Currencies: USD, EUR, RMB.
