Our Fire Pump Control Box (XFK-B series) is a dedicated control solution for fire hydrant pumps and sprinkler pumps requiring reliable start/stop control with fire linkage, pressure automatic control, and manual/auto switching. Designed for building fire water supply systems, this box provides pump motor control, circuit protection, pressure monitoring, fire alarm interface, and status indication in a compact enclosure. The pressure automatic control function starts the pump when system pressure drops below the set threshold and stops it when pressure is restored, ensuring consistent fire water supply pressure. The fire linkage function enables pump activation from the fire alarm system or manual fire alarm call points, while the manual/auto selector allows local control for maintenance and testing. Built with robust steel enclosures and control components from Schneider, Siemens, Chint, and Delixi, this control box ensures reliable fire pump operation for commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and public infrastructure. The XFK-B series format offers a proven, code-compliant structure tailored to fire pump requirements, making this box ideal for fire hydrant systems, sprinkler systems, and fire water supply control.

Our 12,000 m² facility with five automated production lines and an annual capacity of 10,000 units supports both small and large orders. Each box undergoes 100% powered testing, including pressure control simulation and fire linkage verification, before wooden-crate packaging. We support paid samples with a typical development cycle of about one week, and standard delivery of three weeks to one month.

Customization includes motor power rating, control method (direct-on-line, star-delta, soft starter, auto-coupling), pressure sensor and setpoint configuration, fire linkage input, manual/auto selector, overload and protection settings, enclosure dimensions, protection grade, installation type, surface color, and customer branding. Each box is film-wrapped and packed in a wooden crate with internal anti-collision padding. We support FOB to a designated Chinese port and EXW. Payment: 40% deposit, 80% after pre-shipment inspection, full balance at the designated Chinese port. Currencies: USD, EUR, RMB.
